Answer: -KEMO is a Digital Marketing Agency with a record of successful planning and execution of digital marketing strategies and website development and design. We make brands different and known using branding and social media. Our company branches are located in UK, Malaysia, Turkey and UAE

Question: Kindly give us a brief description about yourself (it should include your brief educational or entrepreneurial background and list some of your major achievements).

Answer: -I am Ammar Towir, CEO and Founder of KEMO Digital Marketing, I have a degree in Business Studies Administration Management.

Question: What inspired you to (start a new business venture) or (to make significant changes in an existing business)? How did the idea for your business come about?

Answer: I was inspired to start a new business venture when I realized the potential of the digital age and the opportunities that come with it. I had an idea to create a platform that would enable businesses to reach out to their target audience more efficiently and effectively. I wanted to create something that would make connecting with customers easier and more profitable for businesses. I also wanted to create a platform that would bring together customers and businesses, so that everyone could benefit from the connection. I wanted to create a platform that would make online marketing easier, more efficient, and profitable for businesses. Through my research, I discovered that there was a major gap in the market for a platform that could offer businesses the tools they needed to reach their target audience. I saw the opportunity to create something that would be beneficial for both customers and businesses, and I decided to take action. That is how the idea for my business came about.

1.Stay focused and committed to your vision: Starting a new business can be challenging, and there will be plenty of setbacks and obstacles along the way. However, it’s important to stay focused and committed to your vision, even when things get tough. Remember why you started your business and the impact you want to make and let that drive you forward.
2.Embrace failure and learn from it: Failure is a natural part of the entrepreneurial journey. Instead of viewing failure as a negative experience, try to see it as an opportunity to learn and grow. Take the lessons you learn from your failures and apply them to your future endeavors. Many successful entrepreneurs have failed multiple times before achieving success.
3.Build a strong network: Building a strong network of mentors, advisors, and peers can be invaluable for your entrepreneurial journey. Seek out people who have experience and knowledge in your industry, and don’t be afraid to ask for help or advice. Answer: By brainstorming, researching, talking to people, and seeking out new experiences. Brainstorming can help me generate ideas by allowing my mind to explore different possibilities without worrying about the outcome. Researching can help me to gain a better understanding of the problem and help me come up with new solutions. Talking to people can help me gain new insights and perspectives on the issue and seeking out new experiences which can help me explore solutions from a different angle.

Answer: For me, Success is achieving one’s goals and objectives, regardless of the size of the goal. It is about setting goals and achieving them and can be both large and small. Success is also about feeling satisfaction and fulfillment in one’s life, both professionally and personally.

Question: How do you build a successful customer base?

Answer:

  1. Establish a strong brand identity: Develop a strong and recognizable brand identity with the help marketing strategies such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media marketing to reach new customers.
  2. Provide great customer service: I Ensure that my customers always feel valued and respected by providing excellent customer service.
  3. Stay in touch: Regularly communicate with customers through emails, newsletters, or social media

Answer: My favorite aspect of being an entrepreneur is the freedom to make decisions and take risks. As an entrepreneur, I am able to create and shape my own destiny. I am also able to work on projects that I am passionate about and make a difference in the world.

Answer: My most satisfying moment in business was when I was able to take my business to the next level. After years of hard work and dedication, I was finally able to expand and hire more people. It was a great feeling to see my business grow and to know that I had made it happen.

Question: What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?

Answer: The major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else is in the level of risk involved. Entrepreneurs take on the risk of starting, running and growing their own business and must be willing to accept the potential rewards and losses that come with that risk. Those who work for someone else are able to rely on the stability of receiving a regular salary and do not have to worry about the risks associated with starting a business.

Answer: The culture of our organization is one of collaboration, innovation, and open-mindedness. We strive to foster an environment that is conducive to creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. We value diversity of thought and respect for individual differences. We have established this culture by setting clear expectations for our staff and providing support for them to reach their goals. We also promote an atmosphere of inclusion, where all voices are welcome and heard. We believe that when all members of the team are empowered to share their ideas and opinions, the entire organization benefits. I would invest in learning new skills, and I would also invest more time and effort into understanding what I am passionate about and what I want to pursue. Lastly, I would be more mindful of the decisions I make and take more time to research and consider my options.

Answer: Being an entrepreneur has definitely had an effect on my family life. It can be hard to balance the demands of running a business and spending time with family, and it can be an ongoing challenge to ensure that I am able to devote quality time to both. Additionally, my family has had to adjust to the fact that I may be busy and not always available for family time, and that I may have to work on holidays or weekends.

Answer: My greatest fear is failing at something I’ve worked hard for. I manage fear by reminding myself that failure is not the end, but rather an opportunity to learn and grow. I also try to stay positive and focus on my successes, rather than my failures.
